The Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review (MBELR) has always strived to provide a platform for legal scholars, professionals, and students publish business-related scholarship. Yet, little business scholarship focusing on the Black community exists, despite extraordinary impact that communities have in U.S. landscape. In year of revolutionary social change, we are excited feature this special issue work Professor Dana Thompson, alumna, an effort remedy gap. Thompson’s career, professional values, day-to-day demonstrate genuine, commanding, inspiring commitment justice community-based organizations.
